Our holiday clubs are for all children from reception to year 6.

Your child does not need prior experience to attend our holiday clubs. Our clubs are designed to develop all children regardless of previous experience or ability.

Our holiday clubs are open to everyone, regardless of your child's school.

Yes! We do not have a sign up deadline, therefore as long as a club has availability you can book at any point.

Yes, children are able to attend for either a full day (9am-3pm) or half day (either 9:00am-12:00pm or 12:00pm-3:00pm. Children in Reception can only attend for half a day.

Our holiday clubs start at 9:00am and end at 3pm, we also offer half day options.

Our Holiday Clubs will be designed to be full of choice, knowledge, adventure, and most of all: enjoyment! Children can choose whether they want to focus on the CheerDance aspect or MultiSports Activities. Our expertise ranges across 25+ Sports and includes dance, football, dodgeball, handball, street dance, musical theatre, gymnastics and hockey - proving ever popular at our clubs.

Absolutely, unless the weather is deemed to be dangerous for the children and staff.

Please make sure your child wears weather and sports appropriate clothing/footwear. Children are required to bring a refillable water bottle, snack and lunch for the day.

Collection and pick up will take place at the sports and activities entrance. Follow the pathway on the right hand side of the school round to the back of the sports hall.

We do not allow children to be collected from our clubs by adults other than their primary carers unless explicit permission has been given in writing. This can be done via email, WhatsApp or the special requests box during the sign up procedure.

Arriving late to collect your child can lead to a range of safeguarding issues. We understand that these things do happen and will show reasonable leniency when we can. However, we reserve the right to charge a £25 compensation fee for each occurrence of a late collection.

Yes, we offer a 33% discount for any children who received pupil premium funding. Please contact us for further details and to receive your discount code.

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for each additional sibling.

We strive to give every child an equal opportunity to enjoy all sports. If your child requires additional support or other careful considerations we ask you to include any details in the sign up form or contact with further details. We do not have access to a child's EHCP or behaviour plans.

All relevant medical conditions must be disclosed when completing your booking. We will not have access to any medication or care plans that your child has at school (asthma inhaler, EpiPen’s, written plans etc) and you need to provide this for their time at the club.

Yes, we ask everyone to not bring nuts into our holiday club setting due to child or coaches allergies.

Yes, where photo permission has been granted, we may take photos or videos which may be used as a coaching resource, on our website, newsletters, social media or future brochures. All files will be stored securely. Children will not be named.

Where photo permission has not been granted, we may take photos or videos but will ensure that your child/ren cannot be identified if they are used as a coaching resource, on our website, newsletters, social media or future brochures. All files will be stored securely. Children will not be named.

We do not allow children to walk home alone unless explicit permission has been given in writing. This can be done via email, Whatsapp, or the special requests box during the sign up procedure. Where such permission is given, we cannot take responsibility for your child once they are released from our duty of care.

You must refrain from bringing your child to a club if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the club.

We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances or your child's school circumstances. Where a class has been cancelled due to our own circumstances, we will offer a make-up session, credit or full refund. Where a club has not reached the minimum numbers and as a result is cancelled the full amount will be refunded.
