Activity Inflatables

Cheerleaders should attend in appropriate clothing for training sessions. This should include clothing that they can freely move in. For example; sports leggings, shorts, sports tops and flat/smooth bottom sports trainers.. Long hair should be tied back and all jewellery should be removed.

Note: Please ensure that everything is labelled with your cheerleaders name. We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items brought into the sessions, though where possible we will do our best to get any lost property back to its rightful owners.

CheerBows can be ordered directly from Coach Laura, £7 per CheerBow. Contact me via the Contact Form.

We ask all cheerleaders to only bring what is necessary to club, which includes:- Water bottle (full, we are unable to refill any bottles at the centre). Any medication. Coats.

The deadline for weekly payments will be by the start of each session. Termlypayments are due at the first session of the term. Termly payments are to be paid infull bulk and cannot be broken up into separate payments. Any missed sessions due toillness or holidays are none refundable, this includes needing to isolate due to covid-19 (contact or infection). Any sessions cancelled by us will credited for the following term.

Late/incorrect/incomplete payments. We understand at times things do not go to plan and we appreciate you communicating this with us. However where we have not been made aware of this or we have attempted several communications to resolve any late or incorrect payments which occur, an additional admin fee of 20% of the transaction total will be added to your total invoice. If this is a regular occurrence, unfortunately your cheerleaders position at CheerDance will be at risk and you may be asked to leave.
